Heaver House can help set you up for Airbnb and offers the following services:

2 hour online workshop

Join a group of like-minded people online for a 2 hour session on how to get started - all details are under the workshops tab above.

Online course is £100 for 2 hours

Styling and Photography:

If you’d rather just speak with me directly and bypass the course, I suggest an initial phone consultation to decide if you’re ready to get going.

We’d follow up with a day of styling and photography in your home. The photos will remain your property for you to use on Airbnb, shoot location libraries and your social channels.

The cost includes travel, styling, professional photos and plenty of material for you to use for Airbnb and shoot location libraries as well as any websites or social channels.

Starting price is £600 depending on location and size of the property.

Full package:

As per the Styling and Photography package above plus the creation of a live listing on Airbnb, with full advert, updated calendar and an understanding of dynamic pricing.

Creation of a welcome pack for your property including House Rules, and general information.

I’ll also be available to help on an ad hoc basis to deal with any queries following the launch of your listing until your first Airbnb booking.

Starting price is £1200 depending on location and size of the property.

Design and Styling:

Please contact me if you feel your property is not quite up to scratch and you’d love help getting it ready for Airbnb - I work on a client by client basis and charge according to the size and location of the property.
